Terms and Conditions

• The apartments are available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
• Early Check In and Late Check Out are subject to availability and charges may apply.
• The apartment must be left in a reasonable clean and tidy state on departure.
• Any cleaning costs above and beyond the normal will be charged to guests.

Payment and Cancellations

• A deposit of 1 night’s accommodation is required to secure your booking.
• The balance of payment for your booking will be payable on arrival.
• If the booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to your arrival, you will forfeit your deposit.
• We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unforseen circumstances.
