Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 2:00pm  Check-out: 10.00am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

$200 Security Bond is required upon check-in.
Cash payments not accepted

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

If you will be arriving after hours please let us know so that we can provide late arrival instructions.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Yes, subject to availability. Charges may apply. Please contact reception for more information.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Payment for the 1st night  is required at time of booking.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday - Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday - 9:00am - 12:00pm

Q: Can I book local attraction tickets at reception?

All attractions can be booked at reception with no additional fees.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Free  WiFi is available in all apartments. To receive your Wifi access simply contact our friendly reception staff for your voucher.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Our facilities include a lift, swimming pool, spa and BBQ for your convenience and enjoyment.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Free off-street parking is available for our guests.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Fresh towels are provided daily. Bed linens are changed weekly.

Q: What is the bedding configuration of each apartment?

1 Bedroom Apartment - 1 Queen Bed Only - Rollaway bed available at extra cost
2 Bedroom Apartment - 1 Queen Bed & 2 Single Beds - Rollaway bed available at extra cost

Q: Is the pool heated?

No.

Yes, our local bus stop is just 30m from the front entrance.

We are surrounded by many amazing attractions including the Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda Train & Skyrail, the Daintree Rainforest and the Atherton Tablelands.

Our local grocery store is located approximately 500m from Tropic Towers.

We are located just 5km from the Cairns International Airport.
