The Cairns Amateurs Racing Carnival is four days of fun, fashion, glamour, food and entertainment built around two days of horse racing in Cairns in early September each year.

The ANZ Cairns Amateurs Ball located at the Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal is the pinnacle event of the Cairns Amateurs Carnival. The annual ANZ Cairns Amateurs Ball features a premium seafood buffet accompanied by premium beverages for the duration of the evening as well as a seamless assortment of colourful live music for a night of dancing under the stars.
Enjoy the relaxed under cover setting of the Ireland Jeep Garden Party providing fashion lovers an area to watch fashion parades throughout the day.
This premium fashion area allows members of the public the opportunity to purchase tickets for an area that provides reserved seating and table service meals with air conditioned comfort.
